I'm trying to upload a selfie by clicking on the "Take a Selfie" button on the email I received but when I click on it, a page that says "We're still reviewing your ID" pops up and it's been 3 hours since I received this email and I thought it would update but it hasn't. I only have 3 more hours till my pending reservation is canceled if I don't upload the selfie.

I tried to call them and look at other Q&A conversations, but it's no use. Do you know what I need to do?
