Local Contact in Lotus/Coloma, CA Area

Hello, I am looking for a local contact for our new listing in Lotus.  I have been looking for someone without a lot of luck. I work in the Bay Area often and therefore don't fit into the "within 30 minutes" guideline and would like to find either a Co-host or local contact that would fit the bill. Does anyone know of someone in the are that does this type of thing?
