Long Term Rental Question

I have a long term rental of 39 days booked in.

Do I need to get them to sign a rental agreement on arrival?

Can I check on the property during the stay if I give them notice?

@Kim3013 Refer to sections 5.2 and 2.3 of the TOS.

The TOS and your listing rules form the contract. If you require guests to sign supplemental agreements, it should be noted on your listing and the details communicated to potential guests before they book.
