Long term rental dog friendly

Hi there, I am a travel nurse looking to rent a home for 3 months in either Maine, Vermont, or Rhode Island. I would like it to be within 40 minutes of a hospital, dog friendly - ideally with a fenced yard / if not, then secluded with big yard. Rental starting in February or March. I have had trouble finding anything, so if anyone knows of a good place please let me know! Thank you so much for your help!
