Long term rentals and Airbnb website

has anyone figured out how they are paid on a multimonth rental?  I as shorted $100 by airbnb and have asked a dozen times for someone to explain to me how they determine each monthly payout and no one can explain it to me.  has anyone else in this group found this to be the case for their long term rental.  also the site is horrible for long term rental displaying of info.  I had to build a spread sheet to figure out what I was being paid.

A "long term stay" is paid in monthly installments. They are all (!) listed in your Transaction History pages.

The total of them should be the total of the booking. I never experienced issues with it, although if taxes and VAT are both charged it needs some manual calculation to extract them from the payouts.

The monthly amount is different each month because it is based on the exact number or night.

So the february payout is smaller than the january payout.
