Looking for a good property manager in the Nashville TN area

I'm currently under contact for a townhouse in the La Vergne area.  I plan to use it as a primary residence but I am out of town most of the year. While I'm out I want to rent it out as an airbnb so I'm looking to hire a good property manager if anyone has any recommendations.

@Andre11652  What do you mean "under contract"? If you don't own the home, you can't sublet it on Airbnb without permission from the owner.

I'm in the middle of purchasing and I want to get everything I can set up in advance, or a least begin looking into.  I will be the owner once the whole lending process goes through.
