On the basis that both your listings have slipped below 4.8 now, I wouldn't hold out too much hope. That said, I wouldn't worry too much about SH. It isn't the biggest thing in the grand scheme of things,  @Pauline-Houston0.

@Pauline-Houston0    Crazy!  Was it the guest who was refunded having had to leave early because of Covid-19 escalation? You have mostly 5 stars for everything across the board.  I would try Airbnb again.
