Mail SCAM They probable want to register a business at your address

I received this reservation.  I'm pretty sure it's a scam.  It's probable a google business verification letter that he wants the code for.  If it smells like a scam,  it probable is one.

Hi there! I hope you're doing well . My name is Alex, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in helping me with something.

You see, I'm an entrepreneur and run a local business in Calgary, but since I live out of town, I won't be able to receive a letter that needs to be sent there. If you're open to helping me, would it be okay to send an envelope to your address? All I need is a photo of the contents inside it. Pretty easy!

I'm happy to pay you for a nights stay, although I won't physically be there, and I'll leave you a great review with 5 stars to help out your business too!

Please let me know if this is something you're interested in helping me with. Thank you for your time.
Alex

Assuming this came through the Aurbnb site, I would decline and report the guest as a scam.  Do not engage with this person.

@Kent213   SCAM!  RED FLAGS!  Anyone who has bona fide reasons for business in a location can rent a post office box for mail delivery and forwarding.

yeah,  It also might have to do with CRA registration.  They also require a code being sent to that address for verification
