Hello,

 

Currently I hired my own host manager and a separate cleaning company, but finding recently that this combination is not working as well as I hoped. My cleaner quit, so I am trying to find another private cleaner that will do the laundry as most commercial laundry companies do not offer this service. My manager has hinted that she wants out. What is your experience with a management company? I have explored this option and feel like it could be the answer to my cleaning and management headaches.  Is there anything I should be aware of? I do recognize that fee structures are different for each company.
