If I want to message a client to say that they need to change a booking (wrongly entered). AirBnb do not recognise this as a response and my response rate is compromised.
@Philip2399 If you are talking about a Booking Request that is incorrect, just messaging back does not count as a response ( it does for an Inquiry). You must either accept or decline a Request within 24 hours. So if the guest doesn't respond appropriately within that time period, or withdraw their request, you need to click on decline.
