Messages Disappeared from Inbox

I have been a host for many years.. Recently I connected Cloud beds as my new channel manager.  After the connection all of my messages disappeared from my inbox, including any messages from Airbnb Support..  it just totally erased all messages and they are not Archived.  I have called  Airbnb with many tickets on this issue, but it is still not resolved and keep telling me they have a teach team working on it.  I cannot see any messages from past or upcoming reservations.  I CAN message guests by going to the reservation, but I have no idea if they are messaging me except from the Email I get that I received a message and then can go to that reservation.  I am at a loss for what to do.  Airbnb support has had me try different browsers, remove cloud beds, clear my history and lot of other things but it is the same.  It also has no message on the phone App, just totally gone.  Please help if anyone knows what to do.. My business is hurting because of this.  Thank you.
