Military Cancellations vs Non Military Cancellations

The military is being restricted from traveling a mandated certain miles from their duty stations and It’s very unfortunate for both parties. Though I have a strict cancellation policy, However I’m partial to the military personnel that had to cancel with me, unless other guest are traveling by plane or other means of public transportation I’m not as partial to full refunds especially to an area that is not being affected by the COVID-19.

 I became a host so that I didn’t have to pay my entire mortgage and this may break the bank if this outbreak continues in the months ahead due to many of my guest being military affiliated. I believe in safety first and will continue as before the breakout to ensure my home is thoroughly sanitized as always between guest. It seems to be a no win situation on what airbnb host do to boost bookings during this time!
