Mobile unit or tiny house

Hi, I own a vacant lot on a dead end street next to my airbnb. Does anyone know of a company that would provide a  no-cost mobile living unit or tiny house that I could put on the property for airbnb revenue? Want to do this for 1-2 years while I get building permits and savings in order for the house I will eventually put on the property. I am in upstate ny, usa and know that I also have to review permits to do this. Thanks

Not free, but basically a shared revenue. I had met someone on a plane that was doing this with one of their properties, but it might have just been a local arrangement.
