Modify a reservation

Hello,

My guest made a mistake in his reservation and wants to leave a day earlier.

Do I have to make the modification (if yes how)?

Or is it he who have to do it?

The guest can sent you a change request, as explained here (sent link to the guest):

If the guest can not work it out, as an alternative you can also perform the change:
