My apartments are not visible for the guests and not accessible by share link

Hello everyone!
I'm living in Lviv, Ukraine and when the war with Russia started, we hadn't any guests, so I decided to provide my apartments for the refugees and changed the status of the flats to Unlisted. In 3 months, at the end of June, I was ready to host new guests again and changed the status back, to Listed. but didn't get any new requests from guests and very occasionally I figured out that my apartments are not visible for the guests and not accessible by share link.

So I wrote to the support team and got the answer that my listings are under some verification and will get an answer soon. But in a few weeks nothing happened. So I wrote again to the contact center and now got the answer the listings can be paused or suspended and I need to fill out the suspension appeal form. But I also can't do that, the link to this form doesn't work for me (maybe because my listings are not suspended?)

Any ideas or thoughts on what can I do to renew my apartments and be visible again?

Your listings seem to be suspended. They are not in the search system and they are not active on your profile. The are only visible on your homepage:

https://www.airbnb.com/users/10172581/listings

The URL's to the listings do not work, so they can not be booked.

Only Airbnb can solve this issue, so you need to continue in contacting them.

Thanks, Emieli!
