My trip is not showing up in "my trips"

Hello, I booked a trip and got confirmation from the hostess, then I tried to book couple more trips and in between I changed my email address in my profile. Now I don't see my trip reservation. My hostess texted me but I cannot text back so I am locked out and no way to communicate with her to plan my trip. Please help!

Hey! I booked a trip and keep receiving emails about it however, when I go to my Airbnb account, it appears that I "don't" have any trips planned and my conversation with the host is not appearing as well...should I be concerned?

Just bought an IPad and none of my previously booked stays (a LOT) are showing up.  Nothing to clear; it’s a new device.  WTH?

Doing the clearing cookies trick DOES NOT work! Ridiculas that this app can not show the trips you have booked! I have to find my trip via email confirmation.  Fix your bloody app! 😡😡

I had this exact issue. It caused me to double book because I thought I had already cancelled my existing reservation. It did not show one of my trips:

Windows 10

Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88

 

The only way I could pull up the booking info was by going through my old messages.

I tried to log in with my email and airbnb password, but it said that my password was incorrect. It asked me if I would like to use another method to log in, so I said yes, but when I used appleid, it created an appleid email address for me and added that to my personal information. I called airbnb and a helpful woman took me through the steps to identify which email was stored on my phone. I reset my password and logged in again to the app. And there was my reservation. The problem came from using an alternative means to log in. Using my email worked
