Need guest check-in helps in downtown Seattle

I'm looking for someone who can help to greet/check-in guests in the downtown Seattle area. I have 3 properties right now. Any advice or referral will be greatly appreciated!

Hi!  I lived in Silverdale for 3 years and know the Seattle area also (military).  Do you already have cleaning service in place and just need someone to greet/give keys to guest(?) or all the above.

My daughter host an apartment in Baltimore where she lives (graduated from Silverdale High) since this building already has self check-in; she got permission to put self check-in lock (Schlage) on the Apartment door.  Now, she just sends check-in link, which has phot instructions - via Airbnb Msgs, to Guest before check in!  Also, you can give this self chk-in info to Cleaning Srv even if you have several different supporters.
