Recently had to delete the app on my ipad 5 because it had frozen. Tried installling from the App Store, but my IOS is now apparently incompatible. I therefore tried logging in via web browsers on my iPad, only to find that on the log in screen, it won't accept a phone number, or allow log ins via Google/Facetime etc.
Have rung support several times, but they seem totally unable to understand the problem, or pass info on from one agent to another. It doesn't help that I often can't understand a word they're saying. I presume the Call Centre is in downtown Bangkok or Mumbai etc.
Has anyone else experienced problems trying to log in using an older ipad?
