Hello Everyone,

     I am new to the community and so happy it exists! I recently moved to the Burien area and bought a house (I know, right...). I spent some time and money to update the lower level into a wonderful one bedroom one bath apartment.  I have been associated with Airbnb for many years as a traveler and a host in the US and abroad. I have just opened the apartment on the website and waiting for my first clientele. Wish me luck!

     Nice to hear from you!

     The update/renovation started in January and lasted until March. It took a crew of guys working daily….and I fed them each day. The result was what I envisioned for a rentable apartment in this area.

     My goal is to incorporate this into my personal financial scheme in the positive income producing category as quickly as possible. 

     I am hoping to learn from this community any hints and tips in hosting as I can absorb and answer any inquiries I think I can give insight to. I feel very privileged to have this resource!
