Hi @Mary4270  and welcome in the Community Centre. As @Emiel1 said, it is not very clear who you are referring to or what the issue is. However, I see you are a new member which means you must have received a welcoming DM with instructions and tips on this Community. 

The fact you've already made your first post is a perfect sign, and it seems you'll get the hang off this pretty quickly. I'm linking the Help Centre here as there is a pretty good chance you'll find everything you'll need to begin there. But, if you can't find what you need, would you be able to give us a bit more information on it to advise you better?
