Hi there,
It's the high tourist season in Ireland here. Well as high as things can get, with Covid-19 still in our midst.
What I've found recently is that many guests are not leaving reviews for their stay. I'm not really sure how to take it. Do they leave nothing because they've nothing good to say? Was it an unremarkable stay and not worth commenting on? Or do a lot of guests just not leave reviews out of habit?
Two phrases spring to mind, not sure which is the most suitable: 'No news is good news', and 'There's only one thing worse than being spoken about - and that's not being spoken about'.
What do people think? Obviously, I'm conscious that fewer reviews can impact on your overall score - but no review is better than an average or poor one!
