Hello! I am trying to write a review of a guest who just left & for the first time I'm getting a message that says I don't have permission to access. Is anyone else having that experience? Any insight to share?
@Carolyn774 This has happened to me. I had to delete the app and reinstall. Sometimes there is just a glitch that is either on their end due to maintenance or on my end - updates or something just not clicking.
Thanks for the input, @Normen0! I'm reluctant to delete the app since it carries all my history. And the strange thing is that I get the same response when trying to submit the review through the airbnb website on my computer. We're new at this & I'm wondering if there's a setting that I'm not aware of.
