Am facing same problem as Nicole, took steps recommended by Linda - still NO results!
I missed 3 bookings earlier on in October as I never saw the booking requests and to add insult to injury, I also lost my Superhost status for failing to respond!
It is a pain having to check Airbnb website 3 times daily for fear of missing anything.
Airbnb Customer Services/Helpline is non existent or not interested.
What should I do next? HELP please! TIA
