All of my cancellations were cancelled on their own in the night of November 11, 2020. I was never notified by Airbnb and just found out two days later because a guest contacted me to find out why "I" had cancelled.
Reservations have not been restored. I contacted Airbnb this morning and they said it was a "technical problem" and that they would be in touch. I have not heard since.
Has this happened to anyone else? I am trying to find out is I am an isolated incident or if this is a company-wide issue?

Yep, same thing happened to us. See my other post below. Still never received any call back from airbnb after 20 phone calls to 20 uninformed reps who I had to repeat the problem to each and every time. Never received any support, help or advise. Checked tonight and magically my calendar is clear. Madly sent messages to all canceled guests asking them to please re-book if they still wanted to stay (not sure I would as a guest after all this). They are trickling back in now. What a freaking nightmare! I lost all faith in airbnb customer service.
@Odile245 Did you check your calendar to see if its suddenly opened up? I hope you were able to get some of your bookings back. Did you ever receive any contact beyond a scripted auto reply from airbnb?
My guest who was supposed to arrive today? $493 lost. How do I get it back?
My calendar must have opened up. Somebody booked over a preexisting guest who I had not had time to contact. What do I tell them now? Airbnb let them down but it sure looks like I did...
Everything is back in order after a technical problem by Airbnb canceled all my reservations early November . I have to say my case received a lot of attention from multiple reps @ Airbnb host customer service. The response was prompt, well coordinated & included compensation for lost bookings. :))
