All of my recent guests cancelled due to COVID-19, one of them however said he had difficulties cancelling but then it seems ok. Now I seem to have received a payment from him (his trip should have been at the weekend) but it’s for an odd amount - just under half of what the stay cost would have been. He had requested the money back via the site, shall I just do this? All of the other guests that were cancelled seem to have managed to do so without any cancellation fees / payments.
