Old unit prevents me from being super host

We have 3 listings on our account and one of the units won't get superhost ratings being old and small and will reduce the overall rating. What is the best way to remove it from our listings and open under another account? Same tax id can open multiple airbnb accounts?

I can't see any listings attached to your profile so it's hard to tell what's going on, but a listing being old and small doesn't necessarily mean you can't get great ratings for it. There are a lot of things you can do in terms of making it attractive or setting guest expectations/rates that make it good value.

Anyway, if that is not an option for you, then I guess you can have that one under a separate account (you say 'we' so I assume you are not running your Airbnb business alone) and you don't lose much by starting again with it if the reviews so far are not that great. I have no idea about the tax ID though.
