Our account has been suspended after years of hard work without explanation.

Dear Airbnb team!
We don't understand what is happening and why our account has been locked.
It is totally incomprehensible and it must certainly be a mistake of some kind.
After working in your platform for so many years, with outstanding reviews and a real sense of loyalty, we felt so shocked and traumatised to receive this kind of message a about our dear account that has build up through the years.
We are not aware of any possible cause (now we have a possible guess and wrote about it in another post) and we need to understand what is going on.
Please, communicate with us ASAP so we can solve any possible misunderstanding and keep happily working with you as all these years have been a real blessing for us and for all the people that have participated and enjoyed our experiences.
We like to remind you that Laetitia Hamel from the German Airbnb communications team, organized and came for a press visit to our project and we are sure she can happily share with you our commitment towards honest and transparent communication.

Our account got reactivated but no explanation and when asked about what happened we got a simple "Due to our privacy policy we're unable to release any information regarding your account"
