Owner switch and major problems with reservations
Hello everybody. I am trying to have some help with the assistance at AirBnb, but I have been waiting for several hours with no reply. Also the phone number does not lead to any point. I am quite concerned about that.
I am the co-host of an owner (Guido). His apartments were charged on another owner, and a couple of months ago we opened the new ones (under a different name) and we closed the old ones. The reservations that were confirmed were moved under the new ones with the help of the assistance of AirBnb.
Since two days ago, though the old rents are closed to the sales, the old owner is receiving the messages destined to us. We can't see the messages from the guests, but both me and the owner can see the replies of the old owner to this guest.
Furthermore, yesterday we were called by a guest who had booked one of our apartments on AirBnb (which are NOT available now!). The reservation arrived on the old host's message box, not on the one of the actual owner nor on mine (the co-host). Luckily, we had the house ready for hosting and we could welcome him anyway.
We checked everything: the apartments are not available until September, I am the only co-host and the owner is the only owner, the old apartments are CLOSED, the contacts and the emails are correct.
What is going on? Can someone help? We are now extremely concerned that people can arrive and we are not ready to welcome them.
We would be grateful if someone could help us with any idea.
