Payout method stuck on pending

Hi, I am writing from India and I want to publish my listing but the problem I'm facing is my bank account is still pending since 2 and a half weeks. When I spoke to Airbnb they said to get in touch with Payoneer. I have never heard of such a company before this. Anyway so I couldn't find a phone number for their customers service from India and they aren't replying to my mails either. Can anyone help me with a phone number that will work from India. It's so frustrating as Airbnb say that hey cannot do anything for me.

There used to be an Airbnb phone number for India:

But no idea if it is still operational.

Payoneer was banned in India, but seems to be back:
