Phone number got "translated" and lost my reservation. How to deal with bugs that impact the customer?

Hello!

 

On one of my las trips, the host shared with me contact details after accepting the booking. My host was french and I use the app in Spanish... the issue was that the number got translated! So instead of calling a number that ended in 29 the app told me to call a number ending in 24..... I never reached my booking!

 

I reckon there is a specific field in the app to "contact host" but who would have imagined that the number was modified on translation.

 

Do you know if there's a procedure to raise issues related to bugs and if there's any kind of coverage or refund policy for this case?

How can digits be translated wrong ?

 

Your reservation should contain the contact details of the host already, so no need to exchange them (again).
