Por favor necesito ayuda

Hola Quincy, la verdad si necesito mucha ayuda. Tuve una reservanen mi casa y nonse que pudo decir a Airbnb que suspendieron mi cuenta sin previo aviso segun dicen por cuentiones de seguridad en mi casa. Me enviaron un correo diciendo q no podia recibir nuevas reservas y que las próxima serian canceladas hasta arreglar el problema. El echo es que tuve q recibir a mi reserva próxima sin Airbnb nada q decir, la otra reserva q le seguia les hice saber que como era posible que me hicieron recibir huéspedes si según ellos tenia problemas de seguridad, esto sin respuesta alguna y cancelaron la reserva por mi y ahora dice q tengo q pagar un fee de 365 dolares. En fin esto es un infierno y nadie te dice nada, ni te llaman. Voy a buscar ayuda legal porque esto me está causando problemas economicos Graves y no se que más puedo hacer. Si me pueden ayudar lo agradeceria muchísimo.

Hi Quincy, I really need a lot of help.  I had a reservation in my house and I don't know who could tell Airbnb that they suspended my account without prior notice due to security issues in my house.  They sent me an email saying that I could not receive new reservations and that the next ones would be canceled until the problem was fixed.  The fact is that I had to receive my next reservation without Airbnb nothing to say, the other reservation that followed I let them know that how was it possible that they made me receive guests if according to them I had security problems, this without any response and they canceled the book for me and now it says I have to pay a fee of 365 dollars.  In short, this is hell and nobody says anything to you, nor do they call you.  I am going to seek legal help because this is causing me serious financial problems and I don't know what else I can do.  If you can help me I would really appreciate it.

Seguramente alguno de tus huespedes anteriores ha reportado en Airbnb algun hecho de inseguridad o quizas tienes camaras fuera de la casa apuntando hacia adentro?
