Possible future gas / electricity restrictions and cancelations

I am hesitant to open my calendar for October onwards because we still don't know if we will face gas and electricity shortages in Croatia / EU / world...

@Sybe @Stephanie @Quincy  could you please try to find out what ABB policy is/will be in case of gas and electricity restrictions in the near future? Does Airbnb have a plan for such a situation? Will it be an extenuating circumstance or we will face 100$ penalties for each cancelation?

@Branka-and-Silvia0 in the EC policy it says that 'large-scale outages of essential utilities' are deemed an extenuating circumstance so cancellations should be penalty free.

Now how much power will cost come the winter is another thing altogether.....
