Pre approval

We have set our Airbnb so that pre approval is required allowing us time to manage the property. This works well until an unverified person books it. Air bnb then put it in the calendar until their identity is verified and there’s nothing we can do to approve or decline

Unfortunatelly you need to wait until verification is completed before accept or decline is possible.
