Airbnb had a history of dysfunctioning now and then : but at least one could access help - this function  no longer exists.

The so-called "SUPPORT" is very poor, non responsive ; the "HELP CENTER" is absolutely useless and addresses inadequate preformatted questions only. For the past 48 hours tried to access my account : impossible without going through the whole new log-in process, including obtaining a new 6 digit access code (sent to another remote device) !

Impossible when one is on the go. Anyway, ridiculously inconvenient. Worst matter is the impossibility to have access contact and get a problem solved.

Set aside the Covid 19 recommendations/instructions ( we are far ahead of whatever it says ), set aside the concerned personalized letter from founder, pathetic and ill-founded ( I am happy to give sustained insights on what is what ).

Regretfully, Airbnb is irresponsible and unfunctional
