Increasingly frustrated with an issue emailing guests with our visitor book and wonder if anyone else has had similar problems. Getting nowhere fast with Airbnb support.
For the last 3 years I’ve emailed guests to my 3 properties with all the information they need - along with a pdf of the visitor book. I have copied and pasted the unique email address onto my outlook - amended the text with all of the information the guest needs and included a pdf of my visitor book. No problem for 3 years until last Autumn - then intermittent reports of guests nor receiving the email - now no guests receive it. Means text messages asking for personal emails - messing around, phone calls or text messages and looking a bit inept. Any thoughts anyone as I’m getting nothing from support at Airbnb after a month of trying. HELP 🙂
I’ve also tried sending direct from the guests unique email address - still no joy.
Any help appreciated and thanks for listening .
