Question about a scam

Hi there, I just wondered if anyone had experience of this and of what I should do. A host calling himself "Daly" has been logging on to Air Bnb and using photos and details from my property to attract bookings. Once guests pay, he takes down the listing and "disappears". We have now been contacted by two people who have been scammed and they have reported it to Air Bnb who are " looking into it". Air Bnb have not contacted me about it at all. Its left me very worried and I just wondered if anyone had experience of this and if there is anything at all I can do? Any feedback on this would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Happened to us (a different platform from Airbnb). You can't do much against it, but reporting to the platform.

@Laurie557 This is weird as the host will not, if they are using Airbnb, get the money until the guest checks in. I can only think its a bait and switch whereby when the guest turns up the host puts them in different accommodation.
