Reimbursement

I've had my house trashed and Airbnb are impossible to get hold of. Anyone else had any luck with this?

By the way I have gone through the normal process but the 'specialist' team don't respond to my emails and the people at the end of the phone can't help as it's the 'specialist' team that are dealing with it and even they don't have access to them. Overall it's been a nightmare so would love to know if anyone has suggestions on who to talk to (I already have the usual phone numbers and email addresses which aren't currently helping) Thanks
