Responding to booking request

I have a request to book with very little information about the guests.  How can I request more information about who is staying without accepting or declining?

@Gail126  You have 24 hours to either accept or decline. You use this time to communicate with guests, ask them questions, make sure they have entered their correct guest count, read all the listing information, and to get a sense of them and whether they will be a good fit for you.

You also use this time to see whether they have any past reviews and read them.

Communication is a key factor in getting decent guests and not accepting those who throw up red flags.
