Hi everyone,

 

I need your opinion.

 

Guest wanted me to cancel her reservation 5 days before her check in day. I did not accept.

Guest did not cancel his reservation. Guest didn't stay at my house.

Guest wrote this case Airbnb support. Airbnb support accepted my decided.

 

Guest wrote reviews about my listing.

 

I think guest wrote bad reviews because I did not any money refund.

 

Guest did not stay at home, could not get a refund.  In this case, I believe that it is not fair to write any review.

 

I wrote Airbnb support, but I did not any help yet.

@Hüseyin9 I agree this is not right but I don't think it will affect you too badly. Your current reviews are very good - just be careful what feedback you leave to her review but something along the lines of 

'Guest did not stay as they had asked to cancel 5 days prior to check in. This poor review is because I didn't refund the guest.'
