Hello All. Is there a way of seeing the private message that you sent to a guest ? I mentioned that there was some damage to the floor but it has not been acknowledged by the former guest at all. It seems that we cannot continue messaging privately after we have seen each others reviews, is that right?

You can search the inbox by name, @Lin18374, or you can find the completed reservation and choose "send message" to get to the message thread you've had with the guest up until now.

No that is not correct. All messages with guests are private and are able to be continued if you wish. If you're no longer able to communicate with the guest, it's possible they were removed from the platform or had their account suspended. I've had that happen.
