I have tried to solve my friend's problem. but didn't get any kind of assistance: I wrote finally the words below.

the case is: the owner opens an account at Airbnb. afterward, a guest stays at his apartment. after the guest's departure, Airbnb revokes the account and does not pay the owner.
am I mistaken?

Both parties do not wish to work with each other anymore. totally understandable. but those unfortunate event breaks confidence. what do you think?

what do you mean by 'airbnb revokes the account' - do you mean the guests or the hosts ??
