Have you checked to see if there is a local Athens FB and posted there to ask for recommendations from local hosts who have used management companies or co-hosts? Much better to get a recommendation.

You must have some Greek friends/contacts if you have 13 properties there why not ask one of them to identify the best forums/pages to post on and then join and post there.
