Short term rental license issues Airbnb zero help!

I recently renewed my short term rental license for the city of Seattle but before I did Airbnb blocked me from being able to host short term rentals.   I contacted someone at Seattle City who said it was resolved but was told Airbnb does not update this information except for every few weeks.  I have talked to Airbnb and email with absolutely zero help or support on this.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?  Can you upload or send the short term license directly to Airbnb?  With our busy season coming up this is really concerning me and I need to get it resolved.  So far Airbnb customer support has been zero help.

@Kathryn-And-Tom0 Thank you so much!  Airbnb told me it will take 30 days to resolve!  This during our busy season in Seattle. Needless to say i set up an account with another hosting platform.  The support from airbnb has gotten really horrible.

Really glad it helped. Apparently this has happened to 700 Seattle hosts! Laura Beck was an amazing help through this nightmare and we're already turned back on. Hope same for you. Cheers, Kathryn

Have the same issue here in California. Have been calling Airbnb support daily and get the same non answer. They reset it to do short term and it defaults back to 30 day minimum the next day. The support people are completely clueless about registering and I can’t get a straight answer from any of them.

Same thing here in Denver.  Booked all of April but could not book May because interval is 27 days not 29.  Any suggestions?  Please help.  We were renewed on the 16th of March.

We have a copy of renewed license. Who at Airbnb can I send a copy to?

Airbnb help is non existant, contact the compliance department of your city, dont give up
