Should this guest get five stars?

There were no problems with her until she check out and I asked for feedback, which I always do. I would rather have them spill it to me than to the world. She purchased one of my additional services and in her response she complained that she did not realize she did not need it. The verbiage was not clear to her. I think the verbiage is just fine- in all these years no one else misunderstood. If she said it to me when she arrived, I would have refunded her but she went on to use it. She also said that my air-conditioning unit is a little loud. Does she seriously think I will purchase a new 10k unit because of that? Does she think I have never heard my air conditioner? Is that a productive comment? She left me a review. I am worried it is not very good. So.... if she did that, I do not want to host her again. I would also downrate communication. If she was simply being helpful in response to my question, no reason to mark anything down. I did ask for the feedback after all.

@Inna22  You can't ask for feedback and then get all huffy when you get it. It sounds like the guest took your request literally and gave you an honest comment. That doesn't mean it's some kind of demand that you spend $10K to replace your air conditioner - it's just one person's opinion about a detail that might have affected her stay.

Seems to me that your review should be based on how she was as a guest (you said yourself there were no problems), not on what kind of reciprocal review you imagine you'll get. Future hosts who care what kind of reviews she leaves will still be able to cross-reference, so there's no need for a pre-emptive strike.

@Anonymous that’s a very good point - thorough hosts  will look at the reviews she has left and those who don’t really care will not look at any reviews
