Something went wrong message when trying to reserve

I am trying to reserve a house and messaged the owners. They approved me to book and I keep getting a something went wrong message. I tried booking others and same results please help.

First I would try doing the following: 1) log out of Airbnb on the desktop or app, 2) clear your cache/cookies from your browser’s history, 3) Restart your computer/phone/tablet, then log back into Airbnb. See if that helps with the situation. If not, then I would call Airbnb customer support at +1 (415) 800-5959. Let them know what is happening and ask them how to fix it.
