Spam or Genuine Email from Airbnb?

Two days ago I received an email from airbnb asking me to submit my personal and financial details on the basis that they are required by the Greek Tax Authority. They asked me to submit my tax identification number as well as the registration number of the apartment I rent (which is already visible on the  relevant page of Airbnb). The strangest of all was that amongst the details required were the gross yearly income from rentals as well as the total amoount of overhead cost/commission charged by Airbnb, data that have already been submitted to the Greek Tax Authority.
