Star rating system

As a super host l go the extra mile to put in touches that make my guests stay a great one. 
mostly l get great reviews and great guests but the star rating system needs tweaking 

How often do we get 5 stars in all categories but an overall rating of 4 stars. Or 5 stars in every category but l and then get a overall rating of 4 stars!

how difficult would it be for Airbnb to change this system? Maybe change to digital so a guest could give you 4.9 overall rating or at the very least under the star system 4.5 stars

many guests l believe compare Airbnb’s star system with hotel star systems which is not what we are or indeed offer to our guests.

Yeah I've read about this before - one host was very surprised by this and I think she asked the guest directly what was the reason for a "4". The guest was surprised as well and said it's just normal to put a 4 if everything was good, 5 is for "outstanding".

This might come from the fact that the guests simply don't realize how important the ratings are for the hosts, that it directly affects our income and that anything below a 4 on average is a risk already. I've been thinking ever since on how to let my guests know about that, but I don't want to end up in a situation where they write it in the review that I tried to ask them for 5 stars.
