Star review from guests-where are they?

I've noticed that I cannot look up what star rating a previous guest gave me. The only thing that shows are their comments. Does anyone know where I can find it? I've tried searching my listing online and it only shows the overall star rating.

For me on the desktop, the ratings are all there under Insights/Quality. To browse each guest, select Overall Quality, and then you can select each guest to see on the right all the individual ratings.

Hi Maia,

When you are in your host dashboard go to Insights>Quality>Overall Quality, then you’re going to see a graph, scroll down and click “Show # reviews”.

That’s the only way I know to check the star rating and comments from each guest.

Doesn't this info also come to us in an email? I don't really obsess over reviews much, mostly cos i know i'll just be peeved if I see another 4* for location!!
