Hi I am trying to start up an airbnb

does anyone have any tips on finding a property  manager or cleaning service? The location is going to be in lake George New York.  I am having trouble finding property manager/ cleaning service. I live about 2 hours away does anyone have tips ? Is property manager needed for this distance or would a cleaning service be enough?
