Stay Duvet/Marriot residential listings do not seem to be abiding by Charleston's STR Ordinance
Does anyone know how Stay Duvet/Marriott is able to list residential properties in Charleston? They do not seem to follow the strict rules Charleston has set for short term rentals.

This CC is more focused on help between hosts, and sometime other guest, than on your type of research.
You will have a better chance of finding answer by visiting your city hall or your local Host Clubs. 😊

Can’t speak for any properties they own but they have to abide by the same rules. I suspect you are referring to properties they manage for owners, so as long as owners have a permit they are good to go.
